Dr. Anisha Balchandani

Dr. Anisha Balchandani is a Compassionate and dedicated psychiatrist practicing since 2018. She specializes in Mood and Addiction, offering expertise in both diagnosis and treatment. She believes in a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs and preferences are at the forefront of their care.

Dr. Anisha is not only an expert in pharmacotherapy but has also honed her skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her expertise in CBT allows her to work effectively with patients suffering from anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, providing them tools to alter detrimental thinking and behavior patterns.

She was also associated with the District and National mental health Program and was involved with multiple mental health awareness activities, training programs and camps.

Dr. Anisha committed herself to an additional year of focused training in de-addiction and rehabilitation, recognizing the growing need for specialized care in this area. Having handled Numerous de-addiction patients, her approach is particularly attuned to the medical complexities of the illness, also addressing the social stigmas and psychological impact.
